When we started we believed on our self and took the first step which is the rough planning and then the blueprint of our Startup , we shared our views with each other first then met few of the business man who had been doing business in market they were from various fields .
We wanted to understand the criticality of putting money in something which will be new but an innovative.
“An innovation to flourish takes time.” And in this case it took 3 to 4 years in this industries.
We knew what we have planned for next few years & was very new in the market but also aware of the challenges we will be facing but we forgot the major criticality or you can say the collective knowledge of Real IT infra this was our major Lacking. This threw us back to pavilion.
If you see during 2014 the Technology infra was in upgrading mode and people were struggling with their upgrade needs , and was in the phase where they were trying hard to understand the change
Work with people who accepts changes, changes or up gradation is nature ...Even nature changes from time to time.
Building something is not a text message that you can deleted it will have regular changes and updates
The agency which we hired or you can say owner who is still my good friend had to shut his business due to family constraint and start as working class .
That was the phase last quarter of the year when we were working on field and were getting good business but on the other hand we started struggling with the change in Technology ,as people don’t accept the change easily .
Changes has to happen as Every customer has own views and requirements
We started meeting the Techis agency , who can help us in this change Technology but Everyone we met had a different story and fantacy world ...
As we had data which was very crucial and cannot be given as a lay process we have to be very Active and Alert .
This was the major reason of putting down the Idea .
