While commonly referred to as the "CCAs" of IB, CASes are much more than that, offering a wide variety of activities for one to participate in. These activities have three strands: Creativity, with experiences involving creative thinking, Activity, with experiences contributing to healthy lifestyles, and Service, with experiences that give back to the community. Each strand of the CASes are just as important, and this episode tells you all you need to know about them
