Hey! How the hell are ya? Doin well, I hope. I'm comin to ya today with a great episode if I do say so myself. I get back into cooking and try to multitask while recording the podcast with mixed results.
I also talk to singer/songwriter Christopher Mansfield from the band Fences - not to be confused with the award winning Denzel Washington/Viola Davis film "Fences" - cuz holy hell will you be surprised when it's not that. Anyway, we have a great talk about sobriety, mania, recovering from it all through creating, and also we learn about the Earl of Sandwich. I really enjoyed this episode and I hope you do, too.
