Three years ago she began selling essential oils. And now she's offering an online course for women looking for more happiness in their lives.

We discuss what this loneliness looks like and the importance of having a coach or mentor to talk with and lean on in the journey. Amy is a huge fan of coaches and masterminds as a way to combat the loneliness and feel accompanied.
