Unlike most of my previous guests, this time around I’m talking with the owner of a brick and mortar biz! Joellen Lin is the owner of Steamhouse Tea, a growing teahouse in Vancouver, and she shares one thing she never realized about owning a business until she was in the thick of it - Your Business is a lot like your child. It has the early years in which the business is completely reliant on you, and even the teenage rebellious years in which it seems to be outgrowing the ideas you had when things first began.
