I'm Rachel Williams, and I thought myself thin from 17 stone to 9. I took what I learnt on my weight loss journey and turned it into a health coach business, now I'm here to share that with you. I don't go to the gym everyday, I don't skip meals, I still eat my favourite foods... Nachos! I still go out drinking with my freinds, but I haven't put any weight on since losing 7 stone... how? In this episode, you're going to get to know me more... I'm a mum of two, wifey, living in Greater Manchester... and I now earn a living sharing what I learnt on my 7 stone weight loss journey. I'm here to show you and tell you...I did it - so YOU can too. I'm just your regular gal who after years of yo-yo dieting and failed PT sessions... took matters into my own hands. I learnt to truly love myself at the age of 40, not just because I lost weight - but because I learnt to love who I saw in the mirror.
