I'm Rachel Williams, and I thought myself thin from 17 stone to 9. I took what I learnt on my weight loss journey and turned it into a health coach business, now I'm here to share that with you. I don't go to the gym everyday, I don't skip meals, I still eat my favourite foods... Nachos! I still go out drinking with my freinds, but I haven't put any weight on since losing 7 stone... how? The question I get asked the most is how did you do it? 'How did you lose 7 stone, and maintain your weight loss?' Spoiler Alert...It hasn't always been easy but in this episode I want to talk you through the HOW. From being at my lowest point, on the run up to turning 40, trying diet after diet, exercising everyday and still not loosing weight... here is how I finally got to where I am now!
