I'm Rachel Williams, and I thought myself thin from 17 stone to 9. I took what I learnt on my weight loss journey and turned it into a health coach business, now I'm here to share that with you. I don't go to the gym everyday, I don't skip meals, I still eat my favourite foods... Nachos! I still go out drinking with my freinds, but I haven't put any weight on since losing 7 stone... how? At the start of my 7 stone weight loss journey this is something I really struggled with... the peer pressure by freinds to join in on the sugary cocktails, the hangovers the next time prompting a day of eating crap, alcohol leading to a fatty kebab on the way home...

Today, I'm sharing my tips on what alcohol to drink on a night out to keep you in alignment with your weight loss journey.

Remember just because you're on a journey... you can STILL HAVE FUN!
