I'm Rachel Williams, and I thought myself thin from 17 stone to 9. I took what I learnt on my weight loss journey and turned it into a health coach business, now I'm here to share that with you. I don't go to the gym everyday, I don't skip meals, I still eat my favourite foods... Nachos! I still go out drinking with my freinds, but I haven't put any weight on since losing 7 stone... how? I'm back with another weekly Bonus Episode! These episodes are like a little toolkit of tips to store and keep handy for when you might need them!

Today let's talk mantras that get me to the gym... when I have that self doubt, when I'd rather stay in my warm bed, when I'm feeling low...

I'm still on the journey myself, even after losing 7 stone I still dread the gym in the morning.
