We turn back to round one 2019 to reflect on Geelong’s entry into the AFLW competition. They took on established club Collingwood at their home of Kardinia Park (GMHBA Stadium) and just got over the line in an historic victory. I spoke to noted Geelong supporter (and co-host of footy podcast How Good’s Footy?) all about the game and what it meant.
