136. Processing emotions like a big gworl: envy, embodiment, self trust

Hi!!! Been practicing processing my emotions and wanted to discuss that process:

  • self concept and self esteem is directly related to your in/ability to process emotions
  • emotions aren’t identities
  • the power of envy
  • how language obscures understanding - autistic vs allistic speech: direct and literal vs indirect and metaphorical
  • body domination is colonial
  • reconnecting with your body
  • embodiment precedes emotional processing
  • body pendulums as divination
