James reviews Strictly Come Dancing on BBC1, The Northman (2022) on Channel 4, and Buddha: Genius of the Ancient World on BBC4
Seldom has James's sardonic eye been put to better use than in reviewing 'Strictly.' But then he really rates 'The Northman.' Who wouldn't, with Valkyries and whatever. As for Buddha, well, it looks like the kind of religion he'd like. If it is a religion.   The image for this episode was generated by a free AI image generator with the prompt: a painting of two energetic, colourful dancers. Behind is a large Buddha wearing a viking helmet. God (? if there is such a thing) knows what happened the Buddha's helmet.
