Darragh helps athletes achieve their health and performance goals. His impressive Instagram page has gained over 50,000 followers and effectively communicates his mission to change the culture within GAA, guiding athletes to discover and pursue their highest potential in the sport.
In the episode, Darragh discusses his journey from studying Aerospace Engineering to guiding athletes in becoming the best versions of themselves through online coaching. He also shares his experiences and challenges as an inter-county footballer and explains how psychology played a role during his recent battle with injury.
The discussion also covered the current state of Gaelic Football and the issue of men's ego, emphasising that overcoming it is key to lasting wellbeing.
