Sam & Jess individually met Lena in Roxby Downs over 10yrs ago, and we were so excited to reunite for this epic pod floor chat. Lena now lives on a BOAT (from the desert to the ocean - talk about extremes!) and spends her time pushing herself through her limits emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually so that she can serve community through the embodiment of her work as an educator across a holistic range of human centric practices. Lena is a certified (twice!) teacher in tantric principals, a registered counsellor, certified coach and personal trainer who works with people on their holistic wellness goals, teaching from a place of personal embodiment of her work.
