Eleven seasons and counting! The armchair screenwriter crew are back to fix another fourteen to eighteen movies. Our episode count is about as uneven as the movies we watch!
Speaking of uneven, our flick this week is Supergirl. Despite making plenty of capital “C” choices, this first attempt at showcasing the caped crusader’s cousin is a real challenge to sit through. Interminably long and unable to find the humour in all the camp, even with Faye Dunaway crushing it, Supergirl is desperately in need of a rewrite.
Luckily there are plenty of fun ideas for us to play off of, and maybe some character arcs that were intended by the original screenwriters, yet go unrealized.
Listen now and let us know what you think of our solutions for this famously bad movie.
