EP 3: Uncovering Emotions in Eating Disorder Recovery with Rachel Hughes
Rachel Hughes is a Life Consultant based out of Redding California. She works under Stumvoll Consulting as a master consultant in their emotional health courses and school, as well as working one on one with clients. Rachel has pursued healing in codependency, healing the inner child, and eating disorder recovery. After going through a traumatic family crisis that ended in her mother in law’s passing, she entered recovery for a life threatening eating disorder and learned about how the nuances and complexity of her life story had impacted her relationship with food. In the midst of a lifelong emotional health pursuit, she’s discovered effective tools and concepts that have deeply impacted her. Her hope now is to chat about those tools and topics that have been a lifeline to her in the darkest times of her life.
