We’re celebrating Halloween this year with a movie that is decidedly more trick than treat, but we invite you to come on the journey with us and decide for yourself! Benny Loves You is the bastard spawn of Child’s Play and Toy Story, and while this film doesn’t have a serious bone in its body, it is absolutely ruthless and irreverent when it comes to storytelling. The cast of highly unlikeable characters is somewhat balanced out by our adorable, if not slightly stabby, villain, and despite all the innocent blood spilt along the way, we couldn’t help rooting for Benny, who just wanted to cuddle and play.
