We learn just how dark a comedy can get as we watched Todd Solondz’s 1998 “semenal” film, “Happiness”. One of the strongest attributes of the film is just how un-PC it is, yet how Solondz navigates the tone so deftly as to give us reprehensible yeet very human characters.
