In this Episode I interview my buddy Bryan Bingham formerly of Bodacious BBQ on Mobberly and now proud owner of Sunbird Barbecue in Longview Texas. We recorded this show a few days before his job at Bodacious came to an abrupt end. It's funny because in our interview he says "You can Plan all you want but you never know what can happen"! This is an inspiring story of a family man that is determined to do whatever it takes to pursue his passion. Thankful for the support and motivation from his wife Kimmy, Bryan is now ready for the next step in his barbecue Career. If you don't know Bryan, I guarantee you after you listen to this show you'll be pulling for him. One of the reasons I started this podcast was because of an Episode I heard on another show about Evie Maes, I was so moved by that story and it inspired me to want to tell those types of stories. What's ironic to me is that now Bryan has bought Evie Mae's trailer to start his own business. You're not going to want to miss this one, this is Sunbird Barbecue!
