Hey everyone! I am so excited for you all to tune in this week! Let me introduce you to Cara Rose DiPietro! Cara and I have known each other for a while and I was absolutely thrilled when Cara agreed to join me on my podcast to discuss navigating grief through the holidays and through life. Grief is something I am not a stranger to nor is Cara. So I thought who better to talk to than her as she has been navigating her grief journey from losing her mom so openly on social media. She has helped so many people including me wishing sharing her journey and struggles in life and I hope our conversation can reach others who are dealing with grief or a loss of anything out there because you are not in this alone.
