This week we’re getting down to the nitty gritty and it’s been a long time coming that I actually stay committed to my health and my well being and I want you to be a part of it too! I am finally at a healthy place in my life where I am able to start this journey with a healthier and clear mindset. I am continuing to do the work in the right way and I know you can too. Those of you out there that have struggled with anything to do with body image, weight or an eating disorder, know that I am here with you, I see you and I understand. But I am also here to tell you that there is another side of recovery that is beautiful and amazing as long as you put in the work and just say fuck it. The mantra for my 2025 is “Feeling Good”. It’s all about the journey and not searching for the feeling of feeling good but doing things to help you feel good every single day. Let’s crush this together.
