I'm speaking from my heart with this one. Enjoy!
WELCOME BACK TO THE I AM MOLDABLE PODCAST!!!!!!
This is the 1st Episode of Season 3 & I'm so excited!!!
I'm beginning to realize, life hasn't been as complicated as I've been leading myself to believe. The pain & disappointment of my past has caused me to create a barrier against criticisms toward me. But, the more I grow and begin to understand life from a different perspective, I realize that my problems weren't as bad as I thought. I'm learning & UNLEARNING!
Today, we discuss the new Kid Cudi "Man On The Moon 3", the conclusion of the MOTM album series & so much more! This album lifted my spirits so much since the last episode & I'm so excited to share how I'm feeling now!

Season 1 finale!! Thank you to everybody who's been listening to & supporting this podcast! This season was an open book to my life, my struggles, my progress, & a part of my life story!
Thank you for accepting me & appreciating my vulnerability! It truly means the world. I thank God for allowing me to be an inspiration to so many of my loved ones!
Be ready for Season 2 coming SOON!
We've seen time and time again repeated toxic behaviors cripple or families in the Black community. Violence toward one another, addictions, lifestyle choices, financial illiteracy, and so many other toxic traits passed down from generation to generation.
In this episode, I really dive into this subject head first to explain what generational curses are and how we can identify them and make changes not only for ourselves but for our children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren & so on.
This episode will touch on the emotional health crisis in black men & boys in the black community!
Mental & emotional health go hand in hand. This episode will center around our black men & boys who suffer from, what I call, the "Tough" act. Starting from an early age, up into their adulthood.
In life, it's very easy to be consumed by your own circumstances and problems. After a while, you begin to feel like your the only one in the world dealing with this certain issue. Until you open up to someone and realize you're NOT the only one!
I expected this past weekend to be a difficult one.
Have you ever been invited to an event know there were gonna be people there you haven't seen or heard from in YEARS?!
It makes you very nervous because you know what kind of interaction to expect from people you haven't seen in years.
I was extremely nervous but, I was nervous for absolutely NOTHING!
Have you ever asked God to bless you with wisdom but you can't seem to get right?
Well in this episode, I'll tell you what might be hindering you from receiving the blessing of wisdom God wants for you!!!
You ever find yourself doing the most for a person and you barely, or if at all, get the same treatment in return?
It's CRAZY to think about how much time, money, love, attention, effort you've poured out of your heart to people who don't & WON'T give it in return.
I think it's about that time to move on with your life and let those leeches go! Let's talk about it!
WELCOME!
This is the introduction to the podcast. And also an intro to who I am and my purpose for creating this show.
My goal with this podcast is to let people know that its okay to be yourself and no matter what, you don't have to be what your past says you are!
I'll tell my story of where I'm from, trauma from my childhood, teenage years, to early adulthood.
Thanks for tuning in & be blessed!
This episode will touch on what changes I've made to find peace in my mind.
Therapy, music, reading, exercise, etc. These are some ways I found peace in my mind during the pandemic.
I'll also talk about a few people who've created resources for people struggling with depression, anxiety, and lack of self-love.
