It's Mental Health Awareness Week so we're really pleased to be able to bring you this amazing chat with Ian Hurst from We Are Hummingbird. They are a non-profit who makes mental health as important as physical health, through the power of music. Ian offers some valuable insight from his own personal mental health struggles to practical tips for musicians and artists as well as for those around them. Musicians and artists often face unique mental health pressures due to the nature of the industry so it's really important to check in with yourself and get help early if you are struggling.
