We are back again with Part 3 and the final episode talking about the book, The Mountain is you by Brianna Wiest. This is a book about self sabotage, why we do it, when we do it, and how to stop doing it, for good! This is a 2 part episode. In the previous episode I talked about How we can attain emotional intelligence and I gave you all 5 things you can do to get there. In this second part we are ending the book and talking How to create a new healthy life with everything we have learned from this text and we start with freeing ourselves from our past traumas. Towards the end of the episode I give you 10 things you can do to truly enjoy this new life free of self sabotage. In Part 1 I said that by the end of the book we will have improved our emotional intelligence, self love, and resilience. This has been an incredible book for us to learn more about who we are and come out of it being a better version of ourselves. I hope you all enjoy the episode
