Through practices of the Work That Reconnect we explore how to reconnect with ourselves and the world around us.
The Work That Reconnects was developed by Joanna Macy and others with roots in deep ecology, indigenous knowledge and justice movements. Focus of the practice and philosophy, is to create space to experience and discover our connectedness to all living and to be with and transform the pain we face, into inspired action.
Work That Reconnects facilitator Liene Jurgelane guide us to navigate in the times we live in through different practices and the philosophy behind them.
The Podcast is based the four phases of the spiral from the Work That Reconnects: Gratitude - Honoring our pain - Seeing with new eyes - Going forth.
Some of the practices we talk about are: “Who are you”, “The milling”, “Council of all beings” and “Seventh generation”
