He is the founder of Innovative Concepts, a consulting firm, and the creator of DC GCOAT, an annual festival in Southeast DC. 


Additionally, he established Them2us, a non-profit focused on mentorship and supporting African orphans.


Jerome's humanitarian work has impacted over 500 orphaned children in Africa, providing essential resources and educational support. As a combat veteran, he has received multiple awards for his service and advocates for veterans on the Congressional Board of Military Affairs. Join Nia and Jerome as they discuss his inspiring journey and commitment to creating positive change.
