In this episode of the HSG Alumni Podcast I have the honour of speaking with Tobias Tarlosy, Board Member of the HSG Alumni Club Hungary. Recorded just before our Community Festival, Tobias joins us amidst his busy schedule to reflect on a truly international career path. After completing both his Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Master’s in Accounting and Finance at HSG, Tobias has since built a dynamic consulting career across the globe with professional experiences spanning Argentina, France, Hungary, and the United Arab Emirates, among others. Am 10. Oktober ist der internationale Tag der psychischen Gesundheit. Wir sprechen darüber mit Kathrin Benkenstein. Kathrin war früher im Consulting tätig. Nach einem eigenen Trauerfall hat sie sich als Trauerbegleiterin selbstständig gemacht. Bei ihrer Arbeit geht es um viel mehr als um die Trauer nach einem Todesfall: Sie berät Betroffene nach einem Umzug oder dem Verlust des Arbeitsplatzes. In solchen Situationen hilft es, über die eigenen Gefühle zu sprechen – und Kathrin hört gerne zu. Im Podcast erzählt Kathrin Benkenstein, wie der Wechsel vom Angestelltendasein in die Selbstständigkeit für sie war, wie Unternehmen mit Trauer umgehen können und warum Trauer kein Randthema sein sollte.
