In this episode of the HSG Alumni Podcast I have the honour of speaking with Tobias Tarlosy, Board Member of the HSG Alumni Club Hungary. Recorded just before our Community Festival, Tobias joins us amidst his busy schedule to reflect on a truly international career path.
After completing both his Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Master’s in Accounting and Finance at HSG, Tobias has since built a dynamic consulting career across the globe with professional experiences spanning Argentina, France, Hungary, and the United Arab Emirates, among others.
We explore how his international mindset has shaped his professional journey and discuss how he continues to stay closely connected to the HSG community through his role in the Hungarian alumni chapter.

Salome Lang ist nicht nur HSG-Alumna, sondern auch Leichtathletin, Rekordhalterin und Olympionikin. In dieser Folge sprechen wir mit ihr über akademischen und sportlichen Erfolg, wie beides kombiniert werden kann und weshalb ein Studium manchmal die beste Nebenbeschäftigung ist.
Salome hat 2021 ihren Bachelor in Betriebswirtschaftslehre abgeschlossen und im gleichen Jahr an den Olympischen Spielen in Tokyo teilgenommen. Nach diesem Erfolg war ihre Karriere geprägt von Verletzungen und Enttäuschungen, aber mit einem klaren Ziel – die olympischen Spiele. Dieses Jahr wurde Salome bereits Schweizer Meisterin und schliesst ihren Master in Management and Economics ab. Im August hat Salome mitgeteilt, dass sie ihre Profikarriere beenden wird.
