S2-Ep. 1- A Sneak Peek of DEI Strategy

In this first episode of our second season, we talked with Judy Ellis about DEI strategy, but only a sneak peek where we had the opportunity to understand the differences between each concept; the first step companies need to start to build a successful strategy, we also discuss the importance data-driven mindset to create a cutting edge master plan in DEI.

Other relevant issues we discussed were AI and diversity recruiting, which are part of the trend topics in the market for HR professionals and the board of companies.

Last but least, as we used to end up each episode, we learned more about Judy Ellis as a human being through our round of personal questions.
