I met Danny through the Think Space Academy and have enjoyed listening to the Think Space Podcast that he co-hosts with John Stoszkowski.

In this episode Danny talks about how he took elements of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) into coaching to get into the minds of the people he was coaching. His established career in the world of squash coaching has seen him coach his wife Laura to the world number 1 spot.

We talk about his beginnings into the world of sports coaching, how he established himself by focusing on the mental side of coaching and what he thinks makes good communicators when coaching at the top level.
