When the overwhelming majority of your industry is using antiquated ways of doing things because "they still work", all it takes is a little bit of innovation to get ahead of the curve and start outpacing your industry.

In this episode of How To Win With Video, I talk with Justin Heath about how he's doing exactly that as a Keller Williams realtor. In the first part of our conversation, we talk about handing rejection as an entrepreneur, how to grow your business by staying in front of people online, how to get testimonials that are way more effective than anyone else's in your market, what it means to be "professional" vs what it means to be "human", and the importance of open communication with your clients.

In the second part of our conversation, we talk about how relationships can outweigh outcomes, using psychology to "win", the frustrations of the credit system, and the most exciting part of real estate.

I wanted to bring Justin on the show because he approaches business with an entrepreneurial mindset, and there's many lessons to be learned about successfully outpacing your industry using communication from the way that he does things and the things he talks about in this episode. Justin has quickly risen to the a high level in his market, and is now focusing on cementing his personal branding to dominate even more.
