Occupational therapist Georgia Twigg introduces methods of staying positive and engaged in the face of disagreement, helping you to build skills of resilience and verbal reasoning in moments when you feel like giving into apathy. In collaboration with Keep it Complex, workshop as part of the Jerwood/FVU Awards 2019 Programme.

In episode 5 we'll run through the guided meditation exercise so you can return to this as a resource in its own right. If you’re going to challenge others' beliefs, you need to do this with yourself too. You need to be rigorous with yourself – to investigate your own motives for supporting certain ideas or structures. If we don’t investigate our reasons for our beliefs, we’re in no position to challenge anybody else's.
