Send us a text Calling God ‘Father’ is something quite familiar for us today, we’re very used to it. However, before Jesus, God fearing believers would be so in awe of God that they would not even dare to speak His name, let along refer to Him in such familiar terms as ‘Father’. This was nothing short of blasphemy to the religious leaders of the day.
