
Hello, besties! This week I share some of my experiences with sports and exercise to hopefully inspire you to try new things. I discuss getting into the gym, dealing with anxieties and trying new sports to find what exercise works for you. Exercise can be anxiety-inducing and horrible, but if you find what works for you it can be an amazing thing. As I am no expert these are just my musings but I hope they can inspire you or motivate you. All hot girlies know that fundamentally exercise of any kind is about feeling good within yourself, and everything else comes after x
