What you need to know if you're thinking about trying an open relationship

How common are open relationships? What do you need to consider if you are thinking about trying an open relationship? How does sexual health work when you are in a non-monogamous relationship? How do we navigate feelings of jealousy? We explore these questions and more with Dr Heath Schechinger. Heath is the Co-Chair of the American Psychological Association's Committee on Consensual Non-monogamy, and Co-Founder of the Polyamory Legal Advocacy Coalition. He is also a licensed Behavioural Health Psychologist at the University of California, Berkeley.
