
Welcome back to my guided meditation and affirmation presentation. I assume you are sitting comfortably and ready to begin; this one is called: I Spice up my life.
You'll start with a simple relaxation exercise, followed by an affirmation, relax deeper by connecting with the sounds of nature, then once again; I'll read you the same affirmation as you started with, followed by some Self-Reflections Questions.
Done right, and repeating the affirmation "I Spice up my Life" several times throughout your day will set you up for a most rewarding and positive experience.
