Freedom is a Constant Struggle: Ferguson, Palestine, and the Foundations of a Movement is a collection of essays and speeches by Angela Y Davis. These writings are all from 2013-2015, and the book came out in 2016. In this episode, I read you a speech she gave in December of 2013 titled “On Palestine, G4S, and the Prison-Industrial Complex.” In times like these, it is important to remember that all of our struggles are connected, and it’s the oppressing class that wants us to struggle alone.
