He left that career to start 2 businesses, including a food manufacturing company with his Mum, which ran successfully for 13 years. He now works as a coach, mentor and consultant for a wide range of businesses, including start-ups and solo entrepreneurs, through his business, Cookie Jar . He has an MBA with Distinction from the University of Sussex.

I emphasise that success is not solely defined by material possessions and status, but rather by achieving one's own version of success. I explore the concept of luck and opportunity, highlighting the importance of taking action and creating opportunities for luck to occur. I share a personal example of luck in my own business and encourage listeners not to compare themselves to others.
