Karen discusses her journey, what she's learned, and the never before told story (unless you follow the pod on insta) behind the inspiration for the podcast. This week we're focusing on mental health and the inevitable sad girl fall. Karen is brutally honest about her recent struggles and slump that she recently went through the exact triggers/patterns she's seen in herself. She mainly gives ways to cope and get out of a funk. Hint: It involves listening to a lot of Taylor Swift.
