After many years of trying to fit into the modern fast-paced world, Heike started to go onto a journey inwards. Meeting cultures in Central and South America felt like coming home to her. Shamanic wisdom and Nature have been her greatest teachers, helping her connect more deeply with her intuition and leading her step by step back again into her heart.

Especially CACAO, a plant medicine that has been known for its beautiful qualities for over 5,300 years, helped Heike to connect with her own essence. Heike dreams of a world in which we all live from our hearts again, feeling anchored within ourselves and connected with all around us.
