Protecting Our People Episode 2: Home Care Employee Risk is Organizational Risk

There is a growing problem of violence against caregivers in home-based care. In a recent survey, over 20% of caregivers reported violence at the hands of clients in the previous year, over 30% during their careers. Home-based care leaders need to understand the risk to individuals and the agency and options to improve safety.
