As we all scroll through our social media feeds, we pass by the models, social influencers, celebrities, and people we wish we could look like and live like. It’s time to stop wishing you could have the life of someone else and start loving yourself and the life you live. I’ve struggled with letting others get to me and alter my perception on how I live my life but not anymore. It’s time you start doing what’s best for you and realize not everything you see on social media is real.

The post break up social media post ft. singer Olivia Noelle

In this episode, Olivia Noelle and Jill sit down and discuss the inspiration behind her song "Wrong", going through a breakup, and how people like to portray themselves after a break up. Is it better to post shortly after the break to show your ex you're doing well without them? Or does going silent on social media say more than we think? We discuss all of this and why people feel the need to post thirst traps after a tough fall out with an ex.
