Sometimes we get ourselves into situations where we feel “entitled” to make ourselves feel better and accept the place we’re in but it’s actually a circumstance that we need to reevaluate ourselves and ask why we’re there. So let me ask you, is he yours? And I mean COMPLETELY yours?

There’s nothing better than friends turning into family and the random conversations we have... I just pressed ‘record’ while we were having lunch to show y’all true RAWNESS and conversations that NEED to happen. Sex with the lights on or off turned into underline insecurity issues, feelings of abandonment and whatever else one of us joked about. Meet my crew!

Mental illness comes in all shapes, sizes and color. It looks absolutely beautiful on the outside while being eaten alive on the inside. Many times we call the opposite sex "friend" after being involoved with them on a intimate level. How healthy is that and is it really a sincere relationship or are you friends to benefit yourself? If your friendship is healthy, is it okay when in a relationship?  Tee and her co-host Jay immediately dive in and get raw with their opinions on being friends your ex.

My Co-Host and I will share the tough realization of how we felt having friends who aren’t African American be silent to the movement  while "loving us" and the difference between generations speaking up and making a difference.
