Forbsy talks about life as a kid shooting rabbits to a calling he and a good mate followed into Policing. We hear all about what it's like to be in Police Rescue, becoming a sniper team leader and how he lost a finger in a training accident during time in Perth training with the Special Air Service.
We also hear about the highs and lows of overseas deployments as part of the United Nations Policing deployments into East Timor, Cyprus, and Africa. Peter also talks about how difficult adjusting to the bustling life in Sydney can be after postings to these countries, and how his travels now are taking him back to similar countries as he appreciates these different ways of life now as a civilian on holidays.
