In this episode, we are delighted to chat with Kaitlyn Rosati, a freelance travel and food writer. Kaitlyn is best known for her New York Daily News dining column, “NYC Hidden Dining Gems,” which ran for two and a half years. She has also been published in PopSugar, the BBC, AFAR, Business Insider, Matador Network, Cool Material, Time Out, Forbes Advisor and other publications.
Kaitlyn also runs the blog No Man Nomad, where she documents her solo travels around the globe. She has visited all seven continents, all seven world wonders, over 90 countries and all 20 regions in Italy. Kaitlyn focuses heavily on Italian travel and finding the best hidden dining gems, whether in rural Madagascar or Midtown Manhattan.
