GUEST SPEAKER: Chief Inspector Abid Khan, Lancashire Constabulary (Preston, UK)

Lancashire Constabulary is looking to increase its workforce and are now recruiting for various Police roles including frontline officer roles.

They particularly welcome applications from candidates of Ethnic minority backgrounds as they are looking to recruit for Police Constables in October 2020. This recruitment drive will focus on candidates from a cultural background.

The force are looking to engage with various groups of people who may be looking for a new career, whether that’s front-line policing or back office staff. Although they police the area of Lancashire they are aware of many staff who currently work for them, but reside within the outskirts of Lancashire.
