"I wanted to give up... because I didn't know what to do"
Graduating college is a huge milestone, but after that you're expected to immediately get a job. The transition isn't so easy. It's a confusing time as we figure out how to be "productive" humans while searching for an inkling of meaning in the work, hoping to apply the knowledge we've been working hard to accumulate over the years.
