Grounding: Staying Grounded in Yourself Amongst the Chaos

In a world that tends to lean towards chaos, we as individuals can get overwhelmed with all that is put on to us, our experiences, and the spaces we try to mold ourselves into. While it’s important to lean into the change, it’s also important to stay grounded. But what does it even mean to “be grounded” ?

In this episode, Cynthia and Renee explore that meaning, how they noticed they aren’t grounded, and what it takes to recenter themselves.

As always, this is the start of a conversation and our hope as the hosts of this podcast is to extend the conversation to our listeners.

How do you stay grounded when you begin to feel unsteady?

Stay Sweet!
