Homesteading for the Kingdom

Homesteading isn't just a trend or a lifestyle, it's a calling. And as the world sees more and more atrocities, many feel a call back to homesteading—the way our ancestors lived for centuries. More importantly, though, homesteading is a biblical way of living. 1 Thessalonians 4:11-12 says, "make it your ambition to lead a quiet life: You should mind your own business and work with your hands, just as we told you, 12 so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anybody." We talk about all things kingdom and homesteading here.

S3 E2: Did God REALLY Say That? | The Story of Adam and Eve

Modern theologians and christians like to state that Eve "usurped" her role as a woman and wife when it comes to the serpent and the fruit. But the reality is that we don't actually know what the Bible says. Coincidentally, Eve also found herself in that situation when the serpent questioned her, "Did God REALLY say that?" And it begs the question, do we really know what the Bible says in general? In this episode we use this example of Adam and Eve, and how Eve was deceived because she didn't know the truths of God.
