How Seasonal eating can accelerate your Journey to live more Sustainably

As a society, we have lost the rhythm of eating seasonally and many people now have no idea what fruits and vegetables grow in each season. We have been afforded the luxury of having strawberries and tomatoes all year round. It's something that I have stepped into wholeheartedly and I now eat with the seasons as much as possible. This means I cherish the times I get to eat each vegetable and they taste incredible when they are grown naturally in their correct season. Full of flavour and packed with all the vitamins and minerals our bodies need at the right time. Aligning your eating habits with the seasons will also mean you can understand and grow vegetables with so much more ease and flow. You are not fighting against nature and ending up with average results. Grow and eat seasonally and you will feel more aligned and balanced. Less force. Less effort and a lot more abundance and growth.
